Indian Summer Gin Co in association with Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky Ltd has taken its natural London Gin and matured it in ex vintage whisky casks formerly holding classic single malts.
The spirit matures until it reaches its optimum taste profile, blending the complex nuances of the cask with the gentle aromatic Indian Summer spirit. These gins are released in small batches with their cask heritage documented on the labels. Each bottling is as unique as the cask it has lain in.
These gins are completely natural and bottled at cask strength.
Well balanced flavours of the cask and the gin. With water, creaminess develops, more vanilla, white chocolate and nougat.
