After 27 years in cask, Claxton’s has bottled this Glen Moray in their warehouse #1 series, and at a nice cask strength of 51.2%. The whisky has aged in a Bordeaux Wine Cask before bottling, which has helped to give this whisky, a nice color and full flavor character.
We have received 12 bottles from Claxton’s, of this 27 year old Glen Moray, from their warehouse #1 series. But we open a bottle in the shop so you can taste it if you pay us a visit. And otherwise, it is possible to buy a 3cl sample here at the shop.
