Christmas Schnapps – 40%

This Christmas schnapps, which is produced by Skærvadhus Vingård og Bryghus, is made 100% according to an old family recipe.
The manufacturing method is quite simple. Akvavit is mixed with herbs and other good things.
The actual manufacture is a bit more complicated. There is no jumping over where the fence is lowest.

Potatoes are sliced and the aquavit is made from scratch, only good quality dried spices are used.
Sorrel root, licorice root, orange peel, star anise, whole cloves, cardamom and other good things are used in the schnapps.

A good schnapps that is not sharp.
