Aged in an STR Barrique, this 9 year old Blair Athol is bottled in Claxton’s warehouse #1 series at full cask strength of 57.8%. As you can see, the color of the bottling is a nice red/brown color that this STR Barrique cask has given to the whisky.
We have received 12 bottles home from Claxton’s, of this Blair Athol 9 years, from their warehouse #1 series. But we open a bottle in the shop so you can taste it if you pay us a visit. And otherwise, it is possible to buy a 3cl sample here at the shop.
