BBQ SMOKE CHIPS – 400G
Are you just like us to grill and love a good BBQ?
Then you should try our real oak tile from Scottish whisky barrels.
The wood chips here give your grilled food a sweet and smoky flavor.
Everything you need beyond your usual barbecue charcoal this wood chip.
- Turn on your coals as you usually do
- As the charcoal begins to heat, you take your meat out of the fridge for it to come up to room temperature
- Prepare your wood chips. You can use a “grill smoker” or pack them in a stanniol pack with some holes in the top of the package so the smoke can come out
- When your coals have a gray surface, you can add your stanniol pack directly on top of the coals
- Lie on the grill and place the meat on the grill, close the lid and wait!
It should be expected that the preparation of your food takes a little longer than usual, so relax and take the time to enjoy a wee dram.
If you want a faster preparation of you meat, eg. a steak, you can sprinkle your chips directly on the charcoal before putting the meat on the grill. A lid is not required, but it may be necessary to stand in the “wind” to protect your eyes.
