After 9 years on a Refill Hogshead, Claxton’s has bottled this Orkney (Highland Park), at a cask strength of 62.1% – what a flavor bomb 😍 Despite the relative young age, it is clear from the color of the whiskey that the cask has given it a nice character.
We have received 12 bottles from Claxton’s, of this 9 year old Orkney (Highland Park), from their warehouse #1 series. But we open a bottle in the shop so you can taste it if you pay us a visit. And otherwise, it is possible to buy a 3cl sample here at the shop.
