After just over 9 years on casks, where the last time have been on an Oloroso Sherry Octave cask, Claxton’s has bottled this Balblair, at a cask strength of 56.1% in their Warehouse (WH) #8 series.
Since it is a final ageing on an Octave cask, it means that not so many bottles come out in total. In this case, only 65 bottles of this bottling have arrived. So, we’ve only got 12 bottles from Claxton’s, of this bottling.
We open a bottle in the store so you can taste it if you pay us a visit. And otherwise, there is the opportunity to buy, a sample of 3cl here at the shop.
