10y anniversary – 2021

Friday the 20th of August, we held an open house, on the occasion of our 10 year anniversary.
There were free sausages for everyone in the sausage cart, as well as beer, soda or a dram in the tent. Here in addition played Fergie McElligott, Irsk and Scottish folk music.

We (team Fadandel.dk), would like to send a BIG thank you to all of you guests who came to our 10 year anniversary, and thank you for all your beautiful gifts that have come from near and far. It was very overwhelming, and not least touching to see you all.

There were many who wanted to shop in the store also this day, so I was not much out and greeting, but the party was also made for you customers, neighbors and other good people. So a big thank you to new as well as existing customers who made their way past for a chat, a dram and trade in the store.

Fortunately the weather was with us all day, and the music (Fergie McElligott and brother) played and sang in the courtyard, which we hope everyone enjoyed. We hope many of you had the opportunity to taste our Draft Scottish Ale, which has been stored on one of our whisky casks, even though the beer plant unfortunately “teased” the first two hours. We have some bottles of beer left in the store should you feel like tasting it again. Once we have gotten in touch with the people who have been photographed and received their acceptance, we will post more photos/video on Facebook, from the anniversary.

Finally, I would like to send a BIG thank you to you who have lent us things for the party. And not least a BIG thank you to you who came and helped to get ready for the party, during the party and with the cleanup. Without you, we would not have been able to do it.

Ten years ago, when I started Fadandel.dk in my private home, I had not dreamed that we would come here where we are today. But in memory, we will take 10 more years
